OIL-IMMERSED TRANSFORMER
 
S11-M series fully sealed oil-immersed power transformer developed and produced by  Shengxian Electric Power Technology has the advantages of low loss, low noiseand high efficiency, which can achieve a good energy-saving effect and reduce pollution. 
 
Compared with the ordinary oil-immersed transformer, the fully sealed transformer cancels the oil conservator, and the change of oil volume is automatically adjusted and compensated by the elasticity of the corrugated sheet of the corrugated oil tank. The transformer is isolated from the air, so as to prevent and slow down the deterioration of oil and insulation aging, enhance the operation reliability, and avoid maintenance during normal operation.

SAFETY PROTECTION DEVICES
 
30~2000kVA transformers are equipped with pressure relief valves.
Gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed upon customer request.
 
OIL TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT DEVICES
 
All transformers are equipped with a thermometer holder with a glass thermometer, located on the top of the oil tank, extending 120±10mm into the oil.
1000~2000kVA transformers are equipped with an outdoor-type signal thermometer.
 
TRANSFORMER OIL TANK
 
The transformer oil tank is made of corrugated steel, with a durable powder-coated surface. The corrugated fins not only provide cooling but also allow the tank to "breathe," compensating for volume changes in the transformer oil due to temperature fluctuations. Therefore, the fully sealed transformer does not require a separate oil reservoir, reducing the overall height of the transformer.
The transformer is filled with oil under vacuum during manufacturing, completely removing moisture. The transformer oil is isolated from air, effectively preventing oxygen and moisture from entering and causing insulation degradation and oil aging.  Therefore, routine oil sample testing is not required.
